Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Wray

The service was great and the rooms were clean !! Breakfast was a plus !!

I recently stayed in Wray, and I felt truly welcomed by Randy. He was so helpful during check-in and made sure I had everything I needed in my room. His warm and cheerful personality made a real difference! Thank you, Randy, for such a wonderful stay! I'll definitely be back!

We were on our way back from North Dakota to Texas and this is the only hotel that had rooms available on our route. We were so happy!! This hotel was very clean and the water pressure was amazing and they had the big bottles of shampoo conditioner and body soap on the wall so you don’t have to struggle with having enough. We didn’t get to have breakfast because we woke up too late but we got coffee. I totally recommend this place!!

The accommodations were nice and clean, but the internet connection was not working for us on any of our three devices when in our room, at the front counter, in the lobby or in the breakfast area or lounge during our entire stay over two days. Nice location and quiet rooms.

Stayed here when out Dove Hunting. It’s not bad for a small town hotel. It just doesn’t get 5 stars because it’s not a 5 star hotel. No complaints though.

This was the BEST motel experience I've EVER had! From the moment I entered the lobby, Amy made me feel like I was the most important person in the motel. And from what I saw she treated everyone the same. In fact, the next day she greeted me by name! Our room was nice. We only used the breakfast area once and that day the morning staff was nowhere to be found. Butter was out and hot food (eggs, sausage) was nearly empty. I rang the desk phone, but no response. He finally showed up as we were leaving. ** Did I mention Amy? She deserves a raise!

This hotel was very accommodating and cozy. Randy is by far the best. He helped us with all of our needs and went above and beyond. Highly recommend. To the management: let's change the hanging lights to puck lights. I would REALLY bring out the bar

When we arrived to check in, the front desk agent, Randy, kindly let me know that I had accidentally booked our stay in Yuma instead of Wray. I’m using his name because this was truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Without hesitation, Randy called the Cobblestone in Yuma, explained my mistake, and they graciously canceled my reservation with no penalties or charges. Randy then went above and beyond by calling Expedia on my behalf to help ensure we wouldn’t be charged there either—all without me even asking. We are a family of seven, five of whom are our children, and traveling can be stressful, but Randy completely turned my mistake into a win. He got us settled into our two rooms, made sure we had extra coffee pods, and treated us with genuine care and kindness. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Thanks to Randy’s incredible service, what could have been a very frustrating situation became a truly positive experience. We are so grateful.
